RAM OR SSD PROBLEMS .... TONS OF BLUE SCREENS

Hello guys , i have a very bad problem ... my pc get alot of blue screens (memory cache  / stop code / corrup system / etc etc at least 5 more ) and i cant even re instal windows because the blue screens still pops up .... i dont know it if the ram or ssd , i try using only 1 ram stick from 2 (Team group Delta  8 x 2 16gb 3200hz ) but only works "fine" with 1 ... if i put dual channel the blue screens pops up again ... but i try with other ram i have (1 stick  hiper x 2400hz) and the blue screens pops up again ... what i can do ?

clean the memory and slot.

if problem persist, change the psu.
