I need help,please

Hello!I have a problem with my pc,that I have been struggling with,but found no solution to. Basically,my pc works fine,but once I press restart/Close it and re open it, GPU fans start spinning at max speed, I get no signal on my monitors, and my peripherals get no power. For it to startup normally,I have to press the power button on my PSU, wait till there's no power to the system,and then start it up normally. I noticed that on my Mobo,the CPU indicator lights up, although I don't know if its actually a CPU problem.I would highly appreciate it if you could help me!
System Specs:Ryzen 5 2600X, MSI Tomahawk Max B450, G Skill Ripjaws 3200, NVidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super

Sounds like potentially a problem with the PSU. Would you be able to borrow a different one to test?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Try what @Fasauceomesaid. Also, what PSU do you have?
