Bottleneck?

I think my pc is bottle necking when i play a simple game like rocket league it has problems reaching 360fps and its micro stutters. Here are my spec + photo of rocket league. I use dual monitor BTW

Is that 24GB of RAM two 4GB &  two 8GB modules... and if so, what are their timings & clock speeds?

if you were expecting 3060 fps with that theres something wrong with you.

guessing it was a typo, but 360 is not really gonna happen either.

also, as @Eighjan said, what is your ram config

I hope you're not expecting no issues with a 60Hz monitor at such high refresh rates or you're using a second higher refresh rate monitor than what's listed?

Yes, 1st slot = 4gb 2nd slot = 8gb 3rd slot = 4gb 4th slot = 8gb

they all run at 2666mhz. I tried it with only using 2 of the 8gb of ram and that didn't fix it either.

yeah I meant 360 fps and in a game like rocket league I should be getting that, I don't know what you talking about.

At least the RAM pairs are in the right slots.

What performance no.'s were you getting before you added the 3060...?

I used to have a 1050 and the most the game was able to output back then was 250FPS and my gpu ran it fine.

Can't help thinking this is a PEG1 gen detect issue, in the BIOS.

Might be worth looking at what the BIOS is set to & try Auto or Gen 3

 

EDIT:

Dopey thought - does the 3060 have all it's power leads connected?  The 1050 only needed the 75w that a PCI-E slot provides, so...
