Duplicate files

I have been going through all my old computers and backup drives, I am moving everything onto a RAID 1 storage solution so I can get rid of an minimize the number of devices I have.

 

Without manually going through every single file which would take way more time than I have... What programs are available to scan your drives and delete duplicate files?  I am sure I have many many duplicates because I have been so fearful of data loss.

 

What do you guys do to manage that kind of thing?
