Need Help Flashing secondary bios

hi,so i have a vega frontier and the other day i was messing around with flashing different bios' to try and get the card to be recognized as a vega 64 to see if vega 64 gaming drivers work better than the garbage pro drivers that vega frontier uses.

 

long story short, the secondary bios on the card is bricked and if i try using it the card wont boot. the card still works because the primary bios is still good and the main bios is also write protected so there is no way i could mess it up.

 

even though the card works fine with 1 bios i would like to try and fix the secondary bios. most of the time if a bios flash failed you could just flash a new bios over it but considering i get zero signs of life on the screen i cant do it the normal way.

 

that leaves me with the question of is there any way i can do this without having to switch to the secondary bios?
