PC Build Recommendations

I need a new pc. I know there's a GPU shortage but hey something is better than nothing right.

Budget (including currency): $1500-$1800

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cold war, Cyberpunk, Streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  I want this PC to be able to connect to my Wi-Fi. Also if possible I'm going to upgrade this when parts become available and able to handle multiple monitors but im inly going to start with one

So, you can get a decent PC, without a GPU for well under this budget.

Caveat:  your upgrade paths in the future are basically 0.  Next Gen CPUs from both Intel and AMD are going to be new Sockets and DDR5, so very little will be usable going forward.
