troubleshooting my RX570

I don't know what is wrong with my new rx 570. I have a gigibite Aorus z590 elite and have been using integrated graphics for the past 3 months. the problem is that it is not displaying to my monitor but the fans are spinning and the rgb is on. so I do not know what the issue is here. I have cleared cmos removed and reinstalled card and none of that had worked. please help!!!!

boot in to safe mode and install driver
