Why does my steam vr graph look like this?

Scruffted

This happens only when playing 2 games with my HTC Vive but FPS isn't low but the game is constantly stuttering and becomes unplayable

try disabling the camera or changing usb ports, ive had this problem before and disabling the camera in steamvr settings fixed it for me.

I've got the camera of and I've changed ports but it still hasn't fixed it

This is the usb cable but I'm not sure if it is the right one for the vive
