I just had a gtx 460 and i toched the fan and then it killed forever. i a gtx 460

A GTX 460 is a mid-range card from 12 years ago. If for whatever reason you would actually want to spend money on such a thing, eBay would be your best bet. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

That's a very old card, and the likelihood of finding a used one in great condition may be tough.

 

If you're not looking to spend much, I would recommend buying a low end new card with a warranty.

 

Something like the GT 710 or GTX 1030.

the pc with gtx460 wasnt mine it was my sister's pc
