Nowhere is information on how to use the VMPCrypt encryption program, there is only one video all over the internet on youtube. Where to get the intrusion?

 

How to create a password-protected folder in this program or with this program?

 

And how to delete data with this program so that it cannot be restored?

Lol pretty sure that is not it. It is creating entropy while doing that. You still need password or other type of password/file in order for it to encrypt your files. Encrypting folders is really easy with Veracrypt and there are hundreds of videos about it.
