ARGB all same headers and Voltage for RGB controller?

TheawesomeMCB

Okay so quick rundown on what’s going on.

So my motherboard has the 12v Rgb connector. My Rgb fans are the 5v. So I’m thinking on getting the deepcool RGB converter (https://www.newegg.com/deepcool-rgb-convertor-black/p/1W8-00JK-00030?Item=9SIA6J39CB4893&Source=socialshare&cm_mmc=snc-social-_-sr-_-9SIA6J39CB4893-_-05092021)

adapter so I can control the Rgb. So I was thinking. I have a cooler master h500 case with 2 argb fans. And the Rgb controller I have is the one that came with the case. And I have this other one that came with my deepcool fans that control the argb on that one (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D3K4XG1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_QE3B4226VX38YXXMV0TB?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)

If I got the converter, I could plug the deepcool one that has 6 Rgb slots that currently has the 3 fans and plugged into the adapter I know that won’t cause any problems. But if I plug the case fan ones into the deepcool that has the 6 slots so after plugging in the case one it could use 4 or 5 (still got to look how it’s connected) Will that cause any problems?

From the description it says:

If your motherboard does not have 5V ADD-RGB 3-pin header, you can use the included cable controller to connect the RGB extender cable to realize SYNC of these three fans and 3 more DEEPCOOL addressable RGB devices, such as CF 120, CF140, RGB 200PRO.

So can I only connect the CF120, 140 and 200Pro to that Rgb controller? Or can I plug my case rgb into it as well and then plug that into the adapter? I just don’t want to fry anything.
