First build, Unknown Substance learking in the dark hero.

Hi yall, I just started building my first pc. It's been a long haul but I just unboxed my new mobo and it has some odd substance near the cpu area. Is this normal, should I continue with my build or get ahold of newegg where I purchased it?!?

It's perfectly normal, you can continue your build.
