Unable to use websites on Ryzen PC while booted into Windows

Browser, version and OS: Chrome OS latest, Firefox latest, Edge latest, Windows 10

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Trying to click on a thread to read, Chrome said "This page has become unresponsive. Wait or exit page?"
If I hit "Exit page", I get the RESULT_CODE_HUNG error. If I hit "Wait", I can scroll up and down with my scroll wheel but I'm unable to interact with the site.

What did you expect to happen?

I was hoping to read the continued discussion on James' $5000 Extreme Tech Upgrade.

Any other relevant details:

I tested it on Firefox, just in case it was a problem with Chromium, but no change. Chrome, Firefox, and Edge all have the same problem.

It's worth noting that I have no problems while trying to use the forums on macOS on my Ryzen PC, or on my Mac mini 2011.

Yes, this was going to be originally posted under Forum Bugs and Issues but then I noticed that Gmail and Newegg have the same problem.

Nope, turns out Windows is busted.

I think my Windows install being MBR-based and me doing lots of Hackintoshing stuff finally killed it (again).

So I'm taking out my boot drive to back up all my files and making a Windows boot drive.

Best of luck!
