Can you use a regular PSU with a Dell Optiplex 790 e93839 ka0121 motherboard?

So I was hoping to put together a system in order to surprise my brother in law and ended up buying a motherboard, cpu, and ram combo off of OfferUp with the CPU and MB coming from a Dell Optiplex 790 with me buying it since it seemed to have a standard 4 pin EPS and a 24 Pin Power connector. Just to make sure though does the motherboard have a propriety pinout for the 24 pin power connector or is it standard? I don't want to destroy these parts
