I don't think there is anything out there that can run that dude, alone requires 2 780 ti's in sli to run it on a 800x600 monitor at the lowest detail settings to even get 30fps. Heck, I don't even think the new titan z is going to be able to do that D:

you cant run higher than 144 hz because clear motion rate and other technologies like it insert fake frames

this only works with tvs

also if to have the tv work properly with a computer this needs to be disables or you will get the most distorted shitty image ever

On a YouTube channel I watch, a person played it at 1080p with a GTX 690 and it managed ~20-30fps in Minesweeper.
