That is a pretty obsolete card at this point but that sounds fair enough if you can’t afford anything more high end. I wouldn’t say it’s a great deal just a fair price.

Eh. 720p at low or medium, low textures for sure with only 1GB video memory. Might be able to eek out 1080p in some games on low. It's $32, though, so not bad I guess. Though, even an modern iGPU would probably perform better.

If your IGPU happens to be Intel HD graphics or UHD graphics, this GPU will be a pretty decent upgrade. Though realistically if your budget really is that tough you would probably just be better off saving your money, and running your IGPU until this all blows over. Otherwise if you think that you would be able to save up and willing to spend $100 USD or more on a second GPU when market stabilizes sure toss $32 at this GPU and then upgrade later just know that save for a few use cases this GPU will be night worthless when the market recovers. But if you are planning on purchasing this card to run long term, you are just better off waiting.
