Do yourself a favor and avoid the GT 1030 if you can help it.

The GTX 750 ti will perform better for cheaper, often for a good price on the used market.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I'm sure you must be right normally but second hand gtx 750 ti  and new gt 1030 has similar prices are 90-100 dollars.

Even if the price is almost the same, the 750 ti is still faster so I still recommend it. The GT 1030 is unfortunately much too expensive.

But I recommend playing black desert online first, with the way your PC is. If the performance is not satisfactory, then consider an upgrade.

Actually my power is not safer. it is rampage-everest and 300w.  750ti has needing 60w tdp and gt 1030 has needing only 30w tdp. i think my psu doesn't supporting gtx 750 ti. however my gpu now is very low to gt 1030. i am getting only 30-40 fps in cs:go but i watch q9400+gt1030 gives 60+ fps with 4:3 1024*768p very low preset.
look at this

(1024*768p very low preset its options like me)
