Do y'all know of a gaming chair that meets these criteria?

Under $250, can recline to atleast 155 degrees, has synchro tilt (where the seat is tilted with the back / should be pretty common), has tilt-lock mechanism, has adjustable armrests, and has ample padding. I can't find a chair like this anywhere for some reason. Either that, or I can't read.

The same supply (vs demand) shortage that is effecting GPUs and such is still effecting office chairs as more people are working from home than ever before. In order to keep up with demands, prices have gone up on a lot of the budget chairs.

If you use it frequently then it's worth saving and spending a little more.
