Difference in performance | 360mm VS 240mm AIO w/ Ryzen 5950X

Rajivrocks

Hi guys,

so I recently watched the Gamers Nexus video on Radiator placement and I realize that i need to have the radiator vertically mounted in a case with the tubes down. (I don't think I can buy a huge case that supports a triple rad setup at the top). But now I'm considering switching to a dual rad solution, the Z63. The only thing is, the 5950X kicks out a lot of heat. Will the Z63 still be able to keep it cool compared to the Z73? Is the difference huge in temps or is it in fact negligible?

I am looking at a Corsair 4000X case, but if there is a case in similar size that does support a 360 Rad at the top please tell me.

The Z63 is a 280mm.

Either would be fine for cooling the 5950x but the Z73 performs better. Here's an example: https://www.windowscentral.com/nzxt-kraken-z63-z73-review
