Horizon Zero Dawn Crashes everytime

jarmc

Hello everyone, I tried to contact support and r/Horizon, also over discord, but every email to support gets bounced back and the Horizon community has been unresponsive as well, I don't know what else to do, so I'm seeking for a kind soul, or anyone that may have any insight on what's causing the problems, each time I start the game it crashes, a pop up comes up with the Guerilla Support and an ID.

I have reviewed drivers, updates, compatibility issues (Running as Admin, win 7,8,10) deleting the save data folder, I have got as far a selecting the language and subtitles.

Please if anyone have any ideas or know something please give a hand.

Maybe someone around here have a clue on what's going on or have some ideas that maybe I can try.

Help me LTT Forums you're my only hope.

Thanks!

Have you tried reinstalling the game (uninstall and delete everything)? Especially deleting the shaders folder?
