Bluetooth 5.2 expansion card suggestions

Is there a "tier" list for wifi/bluetooth cards like there is motherboards? I am new to the pc building space and want to use bluetooth headphones with my pc that doesn't support blue tooth. The names/brands of most of the products on amazon and newegg are complete unknowns to me and they all seem to have the same intel chip at their core. Can someone give me a sub 50 dollar suggestion? I don't care about if it has antennas/has a cord with a sharkfin looking thing.

So far there's isn't any dedicated Bluetooth 5.2 card available most of them is come with wifi 6 card like this one

So i guess if you have unused pcie x1 slot that option is fine

The link you shared @Liam danu advertises bluetooth 5.1 instead of 5.2? Did you mean that there is not a stand alone bluetooth 5.2 card without wifi or that there aren't cards on the market with 5.2?
