Helping with sisters computer

My sister wants to get in to gaming her favorite game right now is minecraft which runs at a respectable 45-60 fps but other games like bo4 believe it or not run at 10 fps on a Pentium. I am upgrading it to a Intel Core 2 Quad and 8 gb or DDR2 (I have a kneecapped budget) so yes thats about 40 USD on the mains but what GPU do i get her? She (And i ) in both of our PC's have a Radeon HD5670 should i swap it out?

Honestly the days of the Core 2 Duos and Quads being great options for budget gaming rigs are kind of over. Older versions of Minecraft might run alright on a C2Q with the Radeon HD 5670, but I wouldn't expect much.
