Corsair 220T Case Fans being loud

My Corsair 220T's case fans are pretty loud. Especially the top one. It sounds like it is grinding against something but it really isn't (as far as I know) because no cables are stuck in the fan. 

Anyone know why my fan is making a grinding noise? It is fairly new. It didn't seem to do this at the very start though. 

And is there any easy way to change the fan speeds? I have an old AM3+ mobo so idk how easy it is to change things like that..

Look through the motherboard settings.

Remove the fan to see if the same noise persists outside of the case.
