Having issues detecting Corsair H110i aio

Hello, I am having an issue with iCue software detecting my Corsair Hydro series H110i AIO.  I have searched all forums and contacted Corsair to no avail.  Any help would be much appreciated at this point.  I have tried disconnecting cleaning my whole comp and reseating all connectors.  I have also deleted all Corsair apps/ monitoring software and reinstalling new updated drivers etc.  I have hit a wall on this one and am out of ideas.  Thanks for your time.

are you using a molex to pcie adapter? i had issues once b/c of that.
