is it normal that if I play a game that my core and memory clock are maxium mhz

When i play a game then my memory and core clock are the maxium mhz and then it makes an iritant sound. what should i do about it.

 

Rtx 2060 oc 1-click

I5 9400f

Windows 10 pro for workstations

8gb ram

32bits

That is called coil whine and its normal.

i think the irritant sound your talking about is the sound of the fans going full speed(or at lease really fast) because since it has a higher clock, it needs to be cooled more so the fans start going fast
