Nevermind, I lost permissions when I reinstalled windows since my EHDD wasn't plugged in

I don't understand this. When I try to download a game from the Xbox app (using game pass PC) I am prompted to select my C drive which is an internal SSD or my D drive which is an external HDD. The problem is that I can only choose ONE DRIVE to download ALL of my apps on. So I can either download my apps on my small laptop SSD or my external HDD. Is there a workaround for this?

thats not how it works......

you select a drive at teh install of each game, unless they changed it since last month.

I could use some help with this!

It seems as if they did... REALLY unfortunate change. However, I did just do a reinstall of windows and it could be that. Either way this is quite odd.
