Need help - Trying to update Bios

Hi Guys

 

I can't get my new Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO WIFI Gaming Motherboard (rev 1.2) to use Q-Flash Plus.

So I've download the F30s bios (bios page here) from the website put it on a USB drive, renamed the file like it say to do.

All power cables are plugged in. No cpu, ram, gpu are in.

But when I push the Q-Flash Plus button I get nothing, the fan on the PSU doesn't spin.

 

What am I missing?

I think you need one stick of RAM.

I assume you have the right pins connected to power on the mobo, and the PSU is also turned on (switch at the back)

You don't require RAM to update Bios and yes all pins are corrected

I wiggle on one of the pins correctors on the PSU and have managed to install F32
