Is IObit advanced systemcare any good for ram and junk file cleaner along with other optimization features?

Id argue the tools built in windows are plenty for most uses. I don't see a reason to add more software normally. Most of the optimization stuff is bs too.

Agreed, Windows does a good job keeping everything running well on it's own. By adding "optimisation" software, you're not only wasting your money, but also slowing Windows down in the process, because it just adds more junk to the install.

Don't waste your time or money on it. I used to have it for years as free version, and couple years as paid version. In the end, it did very little for me. If you need automation for cleaning temp files etc. CCleaner does good job. If you want bit more, add Malwarebytes to mix.
