Can anyone help with installing my cpu?

Make sure the triangle at the bottom corner of the CPU is lined up with the triangle on the motherboard

Wiggle it, and push down firmly (but not hard). It worked for me.

I think the best way to install amd cpu is to install it so the ryzen logo parallel with the "forehead" of the socket

Never force the cpu or the socket, there may be some more freeplay that he needs to take up while inserting the cpu.  

 

Don't want to bend any pins either.
