help with broken hard drive

Ok, i’m gonna make this as short as I can:

So basically my hard drive is physically broken, and i’ll need a new one, but if I get a new one, i’ll need to install windows, but I don’t have another computer and i’m not looking into buying a new one. anyway to solve this? I’ll even settle with a linux OS if I have to, I just want to be able to use my pc again.

Yea if a hdd is broken, you have to replace it, you can't really fix them.

Can you make a windows install iso? Can a friend help you?

Get a 8GB+ USB-stick. Find a friend or go to some computer repair shop or similar, ask if they'd be so kind as to slap the Windows 10 installer on the USB-stick.
