Need PSU Advice

Which PSU-s would you recommend for a system like this mentioned below?

Ryzen 5 3600
Asus X570-P

32GB (4x8) DDR4 3200

360mm AIO EKWB

Sapphire Pulse 5700XT

2 NVME SSD

2 SATA SSD

Fractal Design Define R5

5 140mm fans (Arctic P14)

I have a SAMA Armor Gold 750W inside, but it's extremely loud on boot (up to a few minutes after boot, sometimes longer) and often during use (not related to CPU/GPU usage).

The fan simply starts spinning quite fast, sounds like a jet engine to me (I'm highly sensitive to fan noise). It's not rattling, just spinning. Outside of that, when it's not "high-spinning-mind-degrading-ear-damaging it's quite silent, even under load.

I have an EVGA G3 550W in a different system that I rarely use. I can switch those up. Maybe the SAMA wouldn't be loud there (Ryzen 1600X, 8GB DDR4, R9 380X, 6 HDD).

No huge upgrades are planned. Maybe a Ryzen 7 or 9 in a year or two, maybe a new GPU when the market stabilizes.

Has to be silent and strong enough. I guess the G3 550W would do since it ran roughly the same system with more components inside (HDD-s).

Why wouldn't you try swap PSUs and see if it'll really work ? If it wouldn't (as in, SAMA unit would still be loud), any blue or gold colored unit from tier A (as per the legend at the top of the tier list) is going to be quiet. I can pretty much recommend any of such units equally except for maybe Seasonic PRIME units if you plan to upgrade to RTX3080/3090 and you'll buy a 750/850W unit, they're fine if you plan to get 1kW one tho. We'll add a footnote on this matter in the next revision.

Other than that, we can't really recommend you anything specific since you didn't tell us what's the budget or links for your local PC stores.

@Juular Thanks. I don't really have a budget, I'd go for the best price/performance option and I don't think I'll go above 850W. That is if the G3 doesn't solve the issue. Most PSU brands are available here, but the availability of some models and the pricing might be, due to the current human-malware and mining crisis, worse than expected.

I'll check how much my system draws from the wall socket and base my power requirements based on that.
