Hi,

So I was trying to login to Floatplane last night on my Surface and it said I had incorrect username or password, which is weird because I use a password manager so I couldn't make a typo. But I clicked to reset my password, entered a new one and it still wouldn't work. I tried both my email and username when trying to login. So I clicked reset password again. Still not working. This morning I was able to login briefly on my desktop until  I rebooted and was asked to enter my username and password. Again this failed. I did to resets and still not working.
Anyone else experience this?
I am using Firefox version 88.0.

Thank you

Hello,

Please use the Floatplane Support Contact on their website. While they're technically part of LMG, LTT and Floatplane do not share support bases.
