Heyo

I want to have a full cover monoblock for an X570 board similar to that of the X570 Aqua (no longer available btw), but the waterblock doesn't exist. Is there some place that I could go to have them make a custom waterblock?

Everything is a matter of cost. How much are you  willing to pay a professional to design and manufacture that? It would probably be a good idea to reach out to people like Corsair and EKWB technical support because there are sometimes monoblocks that are compatible with more than one board. Also EK has in the past done custom work, though I expect these days that would be extremely expensive.
