I wat to ask, which type gtx780 is the quietest. Reference looks awesome but is this worth? Isn't DirectCU II or EVGA ACX more quieter?

For keeping the card at a given temperature, yes the DCU II or ACX coolers will run quieter. You may have to set a custom fan profile to achieve it, though.

My EVGA ACX at stock settings and using the default hardware fan profile was practically silent. However, when you get these fans to about 75% or more you will certainly know they're there. I would assume that to be the case with most double/triple fan aftermarket coolers. Something to consider when choosing between silence or overclocking.

MSI TwinFrozr, hands down!

A quiet humble nosie comes from it when under load.

If you want to go full out on quietnes and OC performance, you can get the reference design and get a NZXT G10 with an appropriate liquid cooler for it, or something like a Prolimatech MK-26 Black edition

who cares...

Probably i won't overclock gpu, maybe cpu.

I'd rather do it the other way around. GPUs are much easier to overclock and you can get up to 10% extra performance, without even touching the voltages. Similar goes for the CPU, but GPU overclocking is just so easy! Do at least a OC with stock voltages.

The 780 reference is a seriously great cooler and not loud at all, what are you talking about? Out off all cards the MSI 780 Gaming seems to have the best cooler.

just turn the fan up and hey presto you have a vacuum cleaner

Twin Frozr IV is quieter and better performing thatn DCII. I would put EVGA second. http://www.overclock.net/t/1286218/twin-frozr-4-vs-directcu-ii
