I just added the rx 550 to the PCPARTPickers List, and you will be able to play Apex Legends on low settings around 60 FPS. ( This video is RX 550 Benchmark ) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FJhZTMEr28

Unfortunately, right now is a terrible time to buy PC components. Personally, I'd get something like a Ryzen 5 3400g and add a dedicated GPU later when prices are more sane. I'd say, you should be able to play Apex Legends on lower settings with that apu.

edit: you would want to get an extra 8gb of ram and need to upgrade down the line. However, the 1050 ti is much better than an RX 550.
