Am I over paying?

I found what looks like an old asus prebuilt. It has a watercooled i7-9700k, 16gb ram, single fan rtx 2080 for $1500. Im not familiar with 2nd hand prices is this a fair price or is it way higher because of the shortages going on?

Seem pretty ok. It is technically overpriced, but everything is. If you can't wait, then go for it. What are the test of the specs, psu, ssd (hopefully NVME)

CPU: Ryzen 5800X3D | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Elite V2 | RAM: G.Skill Aegis 2x16gb 3200 @3600mhz | PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G3 | Monitor: LG 27GL850-B , Samsung C27HG70 |
GPU: Red Devil RX 7900XT | Sound: Odac + Fiio E09K | Case: Fractal Design R6 TG Blackout |Storage: MP510 960gb and 860 Evo 500gb | Cooling: CPU: Noctua NH-D15 with one fan

FS in Denmark/EU:

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

If you can't game even using the cloud or ect and need a pc today test the crap out of it if it's stable sure if you could wait that money could get you much more once the market is fixed.

Depends. Based on the specs, you're paying about $1000 for a used 2080. That's high, to say the least, but seems to be about the market rate.
