No Post - 3 Long Beeps

Hi everyone. I'll try to be as thorough as possible here.

I had a PC with the following components:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X

Mobo: Asus B450M-A

Ram: Kingston 16GB(2x8GB) Hyper X Fury 3200 Mhz

SSD: M.2 Silicon Power 1tb.

PSU: 650W Corsair 80+ Bronze

GPU: Radeon R9 270X

So the above PC suddenly stopped posting one day.(No fans or anything) I went through every component by using them in a seperate computer running a similar AMD compatible motherboard. So I have tested CPU, RAM, GPU and PSU in another pc on a different motherboard and everything posted and worked.

I bought a new motherboard thinking this was the problem. After reinstalling the components into the new motherboard, I now have fans spin up on the CPU, however I get 3 long beeps on startup and a black screen.

The new motherboard was an MSI B450m-A Pro MAX. This motherboard should be Gen 3 Ryzen Compatible from the box. No bios update required.

From my knowledge 3 beeps is generally an issue with RAM. However I tried RAM from a working PC in my office and got the same result. Have also tried a different PSU just in case (500W Thermaltake).

Have I missed something here? or am I just super "lucky" and got a 2nd bad motherboard? Or because of the 3 long beeps this is going to be a RAM issue?

Just as a final overview.

I have tried all CPU, RAM, GPU, PSU from the problem PC independently and they work in a different PC.

With the new motherboard, I have tried multiple different GPU's, tried no GPU (I know the processor has no onboard graphics), tried different RAM, and PSU all giving the same result.

Can anyone provide any tips as to something I might of missed?
