Is my fans enough for my build? HELP! GPU IS 80°C

Hello, is my 2 fan at the top enough to make my pc much more cooler? I check my GPU temp and its 80°C while gaming!. Searched it up if its safe for that kind of temp and some of them say its not safe if the GPU reaches 80°C We don't have AC and im in the Philippines which is always hot.
My GPU is Inno3d GTX 1060 6GB

You should have the other fan as front intake so it's lower than GPU. And the other as rear exhaust. If those are the only case fans you have.
