I can recommend the Arctic Liquid Freezer II. Chose the size that fits your case. The 280mm and the 360mm are particularly good.

Meshify C supports up to 360 in the front

True, but as someone who has this case, I'd say you probably don't want to do that. It requires dipping into the PSU shroud, and makes the inside look ugly, as you'll be able to see the cables in the bottom. You can get by with a 280.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X · Cooler: Artic Liquid Freezer II 280 · Motherboard: MSI MEG X570 Unify · RAM: G.skill Ripjaws V 2x16GB 3600MHz CL16 (2Rx8) · Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti TUF Gaming · Boot Drive: 500GB WD Black SN750 M.2 NVMe SSD · Game Drive: 2TB Crucial MX500 SATA SSD · PSU: Corsair White RM850x 850W 80+ Gold · Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow · Monitor: MSI Optix MAG342CQR 34” UWQHD 3440x1440 144Hz · Keyboard: Corsair K100 RGB Optical-Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (OPX Switch) · Mouse: Corsair Ironclaw RGB Wireless Gaming Mouse

Will 280 be sufficient?

Unless I'm mistaken, you can't even buy that yet. It's just been announced. Also no info I could find on pricing. Unless it significantly undercuts the Noctua NH-D15, I'd sooner go with known quality, especially since you can buy that today.

You can buy it today from Aliexpress, that's where I got mine. Thermalright was around before Noctua was, and the first time I saw a Noctua review it was like looking at a Thermalright cooler with different bends lol. They all copy each other. Noctua doesn't deserve to be on the pedestal they have been put on.
