Get whichever is cheapest. You probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a few hundred mhz.

Doesn't really matter. Pick any one of them. Even if you pick the fastest one of them, it's not like bottlenecking will never be a problem later on. The difference in performance between the 4430 and 4570 is around 10-15%.

Not really. Your GPU will be doing most of the work in gaming. The only difference you'll probably notice is if you jump from the 4430 to 4670. If you're not going to pick a K-series CPU, just use the money to get an SSD boot drive.

Taking 20 seconds in favor of 24seconds isn't a huge deal when loading off a mechanical, but some may say... thats a HUGE deal.

So grab an SSD and let them both load in less than 20s.

This is (one of many) examples of an SSD (not CPU) making up for the slower loading mechanical drives speed, which IS the bottleneck in any system without an SSD.

Some people grab the best CPU money can buy, and the rest of the system is holding it back regardless.

Many if not all SSD's would negate any lower end i5 model against a higher specced one, in many tasks they would be so similar you wouldn't tell the difference, the SSD speeds doing all the work in quick fashion, your i5's (slower or faster) would shine, and consist of a fluently fast responsive system.

Even Gaming, your average fps would be SO SO SO similar with the same GPU on those two CPU's.

So close in Gaming...so close...unless your looking at the numbers, you'd not know the difference, and you'd be happy you snapped up a slightly cheaper CPU that enabled buying an SSD.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Okay sure so 4430 yeah?

If that's the cheapest. The 4440 can often be at the same price.

But how about the motherboard, which chipset?

The motherboard has no effect on performance. Get whatever has the features you need.

1. Does it have the features you need?

2. If yes, sure--get it. If not, find one with what you need.

Yup............Wifi,usb 3.0,lga1150,pci-e x16,,7.1 channels,sata .............what else do i need?

Totally up to you. If you don't need any special features, literally any 1150 motherboard will do.
