For sure, 9600k is a great CPU, could even beat the 9900k sometimes with some good OC and since your mobo is already perfect, I don't see any reason to don't.

The I3 is a strong CPU and i was thinking why not to upgrade ? 😄

the normal price for I5 9600k is around 320$ and i can get it now for 215$

PS. I have either Corsair RM 650 or 750 cant remember

Is it enought to OC and what cooler to get?

Ye the psu if fine, nhu12s is a great cooler, depending on the price maybe a dark rock pro 4, it's a hot CPU when OCed

It depends on the types of games you play, and the resolutions and framerates  you play them at.

You could upgrade the CPU, or the GPU, or buy $300 of games and play them the same as you've done so far.

Or you could save it for next year when newer stuff comes out and get a really high end system with even more money saved on top of what you have now.

That's what I did in 2019, and now I have 9/10 of a system. QQ

Its a nice upgrade that will give you a little boost.

BUT... it all depends on if you NEED it. Does your current build hinder you in some way? Do you need the 10 extra FPS?

If yes, than do it.

If no then even if you can get it for cheap, its still money you can spend on something more important, or save up to a more substantial upgrade when you actually need it.

I do play alot of different games, and sometimes work on it

i use autodesk Revit

On BF5 i sometimes feel a little frame drops now and then

BF1 feels ok

Dota feels ok

BF4 when there is a lot of action/smoke i get a little frame drops like BF5

Diablo 3

thats what i play at the moment

I know its around 15fps more if i upgrade, but the extra cores, do they do any good?

For the games you picked, not much, for newer games however they’re much more useful.
