My PC Isn't Booting Into Windows

Today is like the worst day. When I was attempting to put my PC to sleep, it wouldn't shut down like it would normally would do so then my impatient self kept on turning on and off the power button the power supply and the pc case. I've changed a few settings before my PC went straight to BIOS. I don't know what was wrong with it but I decided to reinstall windows on my SSD and changed the boot priority from Hard Drive to USB. After I've installed windows on the SSD, restarted the whole computer, booted up BIOS and changed the priority. Then when it came to booting up windows it decided to freeze on me so I started to freak out. I really don't know what to do now and I can't rely on google searches myself.

Someone please help me!

Thank you
