@QuantumSingularityOkay, so my gpu clock speeds are also fluctuating/unstable. it is going from 375 jumps up to 1000 and 1980 goes down to 1000 1200 375. Literally 375 in game, that is pretty unusual

@QuantumSingularityThink the problem, was my cpu. Changed from i3 9100f to i5 9600k. Getting like 40 more fps now.
