Low FPS in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War

Hey guys, newbie here. My frames top out at 80fps in bocw. really need your help here. specs are listed below:
Asus Rog Strix X570-F Gaming Mobo

Ryzen 7 3700X@4.2GHZ 

Trident Z G Skill 8X4 32GB@3200MHZ

Evga RTX 2080Ti FTW3 ULTRA

What settings are you running it at? And at what resolution?
