Need help tweaking a PC Build

Budget (including currency): $1000-1500 preferably towards 1000 USD mark

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: able to play games like CSGO, Valorant, and Devil May Cry 5 at a consistent high framerate and handle a good amount of chrome tabs 

Other details: here's my existing pcpartpicker build, I'm pretty new to this, i already have peripherals, i just wanna upgrade from a gaming laptop (Ryzen 7 4800H with a 1660 TI) finally to a desktop T_T https://pcpartpicker.com/user/maracomputer/saved/#view=HxCKXL

the 1660ti in your gaming laptop will perform better than the 1050ti in your desktop build.

 

the ryzen 7 4800h has similar performance to the 10700.

 

 

I don't see your plan as an upgrade, I would just continue to use the laptop for now, until GPU prices become more normal and you can afford a real upgrade.

ah ok thank u so much! yeah i put the 1050 because i saw that the gpu prices on there were insane so i tried to keep around the same area as 1660 (μ_μ)

does everything else in the build seem like it would be good? or anything like power supply i should upgrade?

yes everything else is fine, it's just not worth it, as you'll get worse gaming performance than on your laptop. why not keep using your laptop?
