Need help in upgrading Dell G5 15 - 5590 (Laptop)

Been using my laptop in my new job were I need to use Photoshop and Premiere Pro. I have been meaning to upgrade the Ram from 8 GB to 16 or even 32. I also want to change the OS drive from 100Gb M.2 to 500 or 1Tb. however not sure on the parts and how changing a OS drive on a laptop. As I don't know how the licensing works or how to or move the data to the D drive and then move it over but still have windows on the M.2.

 

Can anyone help.
