PC turns on but no signal on monitor

Hey guys, I just assembled my new PC however there is no signal from the monitor. I've used Display Port and HDMI on the GPU, reinserted the RAM, checked the CPU is working and is not damaged. My GTX 1060 fan works the the logo lights on. It also turns on the monitor when I start the computer, but there is no signal found

I think it might be the ram. It comes from an old build I gutted a couple years ago, however I looked online and Intel XMP says it still works for AMD systems. Other than that, I am totally lost. The CPU is hot, I took off the cooler to check. I hear beeps from my MOBO and it gets to the point where it has a VGA light that lights up. That's all I'm totally dumbfounded.

Edit- Tried to clear CMOS did not work.
