So I want to put together a pc of around 350 euros to connect it to my 55" 4K Tv in my bedroom. As I said I will be using it to watch movies. How do I go about this? Do I need a graphics card or is integrated Graphics enough?

On intel support website it says that Intel HD 620 can output up to 4K 60hz via displayport, will it work if I buy a Displayport to HDMI converter, connect Displayport part with the motherboard and HDMI part with HDMI1 port on my TV?

I'm asking because through HDMI directly, it supports only up to 24-30hz and I really want 60hz for viewing comfortability.

Also I would like to know any suggestions for what CPU, how much ram I need, motherboard, etc and if it's better to go the graphics card vs integrated graphics route. Thank you!

Budget Gamer at heart.

DP to HDMI would work if you're going that route, yes.

Alternatively, you could grab a Ryzen 3 3200G with a B450 motherboard.

The Vega iGPUs AMD uses support HDMI 2.0b natively, where Intel's IGPs (except the Xe based chips) don't.

I can vouch for the quality of MSI's offerings on B450. Get a Max board for guaranteed compatibility.
