Weak Laptop, strong PC

I really dont know how i can explain but ill try my best. So i have a strong Gaming pc, but a weak laptop. what im trying to do is sort of access my gaming pc on my laptop but basically not using the laptops power... kind of like Shaddow tech (https://shadow.tech/en-gb/what-is-shadow) and only between the 2 devices... anyone have any ideas besides rdc, chrome remote or team viewer. i want something more... direct kind of like call centres have.
