Undervolting Ryzen 5 3600

So I have a Ryzen 5 3600 with a B550 aorus pro ax MoBo and out of the box with all stock settings temps were so high even while idling (40-60C) and fans went crazy getting high rpm randomly so I set the VCore voltage to static 1.2V and everything was great. performance was okay and temps were 30C idle and maxed at ~50C under full load.

but voltage was constantly 1.2V and I've heard that would wear the CPU.

Now I set the voltage to -0.2 offset (peak voltage ~1.225V)

so I wanna know can this much undervolting cause problems?! (I did a stress test and it was stable and I don't mind the performance drop)
